Master of Business Administration/Human Resources Management

Students in the Human Resource Management Concentration will build upon the managerial skills developed in the MBA required course of study by developing an understanding of Human Resource Management concepts and applications. They will be sensitive to legal, ethical, and social values in the conduct of Human Resource Management practice. At the completion of the concentration, students will have knowledge of a substantial portion of the topics required for certification by the Society of Human Resource Professionals.

The Human Resource Management Concentration is designed for students who want to enhance their human resource management skills, enter the human resource profession, or complete additional coursework required for the SPHR exam.
