Master of Science in Biology

The non-thesis Master of Science in Biology is offered online with no residency requirement. Lectures are available by Video on Demand. This 36-hour program is designed for high school and middle school teachers, scientists, researchers, or anyone who could benefit from an advanced education in biology. The Department has established itself as a leader nationwide in the successful delivery of its online Biology graduate degree program.

UNK offers affordable tuition to out-of-state online students. For 2011-12, non-resident graduate online tuition is $444.00 per credit hour; resident graduate tuition is $250.00 per credit hour (fees are additional).
