| Program Description: | The Department of Music & Performing Arts offers its graduate music program to serve three main purposes:
At least one Music course will be available each Fall and Spring semester with three to four music courses offered each Summer. Several non-Music courses are available each Fall, Spring and Summer. These courses will all be offered within a 3-year period. This degree does not grant certification to teach music in K-12 schools. The University of Nebraska at Kearney offers affordable tuition to out-of-state online students. For an out-of-state online student, graduate tuition is $399.00 per credit hour. For a resident of Nebraska, graduate tuition is $245.00 per credit hour (2011-12 rates). Fees are additional. |
