Undergraduate Certificate in Women in Business

UMUC's Undergraduate Women in Business Certificate prepares students (female and male) for supervisory, mid-level and senior management positions in a variety of organizational settings. The certificate focuses on business and management issues related to gender in organizations. Students with less than two years of business experience are encouraged to take Introduction to Business and Management. Core coursework includes: Women in Business, Women as Entrepreneurs, Women as Leaders, and Management and Organization Theory. This certificate requires 18 semester hours to complete.
