Undergraduate Certificate in UNIX System Administration

UMUC's Undergraduate UNIX System Administration Certificate is designed to provide an understanding of the UNIX operating system, its maintenance and security, and related theory and implementation issues. Core coursework includes: Introductory Programming, UNIX with Shell Programming, Programming in Perl, Advanced UNIX and C, and UNIX/Linux System Administration. This certificate requires 18 semester hours to complete.
