Undergraduate Certificate in Management Foundations

UMUC's Undergraduate Management Foundations Certificate prepares students for supervisory and mid-level management positions and enables employees in public- and private-sector organizations to upgrade their skills with the theory and practical knowledge necessary to advance to a higher level. With appropriate choice of courses, this certificate may be completed while pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Core coursework includes: Information Systems in Organizations, Management and Organization Theory, Marketing Principles and Organization, and Human Resource Management. This certificate requires 18 semester hours to complete.
