| Program Description: | The Master of Science Degree in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Data Mining will develop highly-trained professionals with fundamental knowledge of both information technology and business. The degree program is designed to prepare business and information technology professionals for careers in MIS, including: business analysts, system designers, consultants, database developers and managers, process analysts, project managers, business intelligence experts and more. This program was developed in partnership with the College of Business Administration (CBA) at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). To earn the Master's degree, students will be required to complete eight, four credit hour courses (32 hours in total coursework). Upon successful completion of all coursework, students earn a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the fully accredited CBA at UIC. |
