Doctor of Management

UMUC's Doctor of Management program provides you with the credentials and ability you need to rise above your peers and hold a significant leadership role. Through core courses and a specialization track, you will learn to detect management fads, evaluate the validity and value of proposals, and understand differences in culture as opposed to learning methods.

If you are a mid- to senior-level professional in business, government, or higher education, you will acquire advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and leadership skills that will position you as an expert in your field. This doctoral degree is taken online with required residencies and explores how various areas of business interrelate in modern organizations. Students must complete a minimum of 48 credits of coursework, the dissertation, and required comprehensive exams. No transfer credits are accepted.
