Advanced Management Strategy (Certificate)

This is the capstone course to the Master Certificate in Business Management. You'll gain an increased understanding of the managerial role, in addition to: tools to recruit, retain and motivate people; methods to maximize effectiveness while minimizing liability; and insight into the hidden logic of economics in management decision-making and strategy. You will be spending two weeks with experts on each of the following business fields.
