The School of Professional and Continuing Studies offers a broad array of high-quality professional certificates, seminars, workshops and other noncredit programs specifically designed for the working adult. Through these programs, students develop and enhance knowledge, skills and competencies in the workplace. The School of Professional and Continuing Studies offers professional certificates in the following areas: Business Analyst; Business Programs; Construction Technology; Gerontology: Senior Health and Fitness; Healthcare Programs; Internet, Design and Technology; MBA Essentials; Microsoft Certification Training; Networking and CompTIA™ Certification Training; Paralegal Studies (coming in 2007); Personal Fitness Training; Project Management; and Intensive Video Game Design and Development. In addition to programs available for individual enrollment, Thomas Edison State College also works with corporations, government agencies and nonprofit organizations to develop customized professional development programs.
