| Degree Description: |
The Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree integrates management theory and practice as they apply to a wide range of organizations. It’s structured for professionals with management, technical and administrative responsibilities, especially those whose career paths include managing people in complex organizations competing in a global marketplace. You will cultivate key managerial strengths: leadership, organizational understanding, activity management, resource utilization and managerial self-development; and specialize in a Professional Focus Area: human resources management, online learning and teaching, public sector auditing or public service leadership. Besides taking advantage of Thomas Edison State College’s flexible means for earning credit, MSM students may earn credit for courses offered through Educational Partnership organizations: American Educational Institute (AEI), Recovery Assistance Program Training (RAPT) and The Hampton Group. The MSM is a 36-credit program.
