The Master of Science in Human Resources Management (MSHRM) degree is grounded in current best practices and directed to prepare you to be a strategic partner in your organization. The program provides practitioners with a broad-based knowledge of the business they serve; and with staffing, professional development, managing organizational culture, and measuring and rewarding performance skills. Students will also learn to assess and use research and standards from the human resources field to improve his/her organization. Work toward the MSHRM may help students prepare for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations offered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). The MSHRM is a 36-credit program.
