A certificate in Employee Relations is designed for working professionals in Human Resources (HR) or for those wishing to enter this specialty field. This certificate program allows students to gain essential knowledge in the foundations of HR management and skills specifically related to employment law, union and non-union environments, ethical issues and employee guidance, coaching and negotiation techniques.
