Human Resource Leadership (Bachelor's)

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Leadership provides the necessary academic and experiental factors for the beginning practitioner and manager. Among the skills derived from the program are an in-depth study of basic Human Resource Management, Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures, Employment Law, Informational Systems, Records Management, Human Diversity, Compensation Management, and Corporate Training. As a result of these courses, the student emerges as a well-rounded manager capable of meeting the challenges of the work place.

This is a degree completion program. An associate degree (or the equivalent number of hours) is required for admission at the junior level.
