Southern New Hampshire University’s training and development graduate certificate program offers an excellent way to enhance your skills and professional credentials. For some students, a certificate is a first step toward a degree. Others pursue certificates to further professional goals without enrolling in a degree program. You also may enroll in a graduate certificate program to complement a master’s program. Graduate certificate in training and development courses include Improvement of Instruction and Human Behavior in Organizations. 18 credit hours are required to complete this program.
