Southern New Hampshire University’s operations management graduate certificate program offers an excellent way to enhance your skills and professional credentials. For some students, a certificate is a first step toward a degree. Others pursue certificates to further professional goals without enrolling in a degree program. You also may enroll in a graduate certificate program to complement a master’s program. This certificate program is designed to expose you to concepts for effectively managing the people, materials, equipment and processes that a business needs to design, produce and deliver its goods and services. Graduate certificate in operations management courses include Quality Control and Improvement and Project Management. 18 credit hours are required to complete this program.
