The past two decades have generated unparalleled change in business, industry and society. Emerging trends suggest that change is going to continue to be rapid, unpredictable at times and frequently disruptive. As business and society have grown more complex, the demand for trained managers and leaders has increased. Southern New Hampshire University's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership program emphasizes leadership, communication, accounting, behavioral dynamics and quantitative analysis.
