Become a master communicator with Southern New Hampshire University's communication program. Prepare for a career in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, advertising, government relations, business writing and much more. The communication major combines courses in communication with a thorough grounding in the liberal arts. In addition, two marketing courses are required. Many employers rank communication skills as the most important qualification when considering prospective employees. The communication, computer and desktop publishing skills students obtain in the program will equip them for a variety of careers inside and outside the communications industry. Courses include Principles of Public Relations and Graphics and Layout in Print Media.
