Associate of Science in Business Administration - Hospitality Management

The Associate of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality Management is designed to prepare students for entry-level and first-tier management employment within the hospitality industry. The focus of the program is to develop a specific understanding of the industry, while developing critical skills specifically oriented towards hospitality. Students will learn about operations and management skills that can prepare them for entry-level management positions in hotels, restaurants, timeshare operations, clubs, contract management, catering, extended living properties, beverage management, amusement management, gaming operations, and cruise-line management. Students completing this program can enter into a career within an industry which is one of the leading industries world-wide in regards to economic growth and employment.

*To be accepted at South University, you must be a high school graduate with a graduation year of 2008 or earlier OR have the equivalent GED with a score of 225 or higher.
