The Business Administration Program offers the Bachelor and Master of Science programs in Business Administration (see the Graduate Catalog for details about the MBA programs). Business Administration is supported by a core of coursework that provides a comprehensive body of knowledge of business fundamentals. Students majoring in business administration must elect an area of specialization from Accounting, International Business, Management, and Sports Management. Coursework in these specialization areas prepare students for a career in that specific area of business administration.

Graduating seniors are encouraged to prepare themselves for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) if they are considering graduate studies in an area of business administration.

All seniors must take the business administration capstone course MGT 499 (CAP 499), Organizational Strategy and Decision Making, a course designed to integrate the knowledge gained in the various subject disciplines within the Business Administration major. MGT 499 meets the International Core capstone seminar requirement.
Students matriculating into Business Administration must meet all University core educational requirements; demonstrate computer literacy; and be competent in the ability to use database, spreadsheet and word processing software. Students must complete the common business professional curriculum with a minimum 2.25 grade point average.
