Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Real Estate Management

Peirce College offers a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management. The Institute of Real Estate Management and Peirce College have partnered to help students earn the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation with IREM.

The Peirce Real Estate Management curriculum combines a solid business education with the specialized skills of the real estate property management professional. Classes you have taken with IREM can be counted toward your bachelor's degree, and you can earn 90 credits toward a B.S. degree through any combination of transfer credits, test out, or life learning experiences.

Students will complete a minimum of 121 credits to earn a bachelor's degree. Generally, a student will generally complete 121 credits in 41 classes.
