Human Resource Management (MBA)

An emphasis in human resource management is designed to assist students to become more effective supervisors or to excel in a human resources position. Graduates from this program will be better prepared to handle various aspects of employment including compensation, benefits, training and development, or employee relations. The human resources specialization is comprised of courses such as: managing human resources, training and development, benefits and compensations, and employee evaluation and compensation.
