BA in Organizational Administration and Leadership (Degree Completion)

Midway College's BA in Organizational Administration and Leadership degree completion program is essentially an opportunity for individuals to succeed. From the initial step of re-enrolling in an academic environment to attain a degree to the actual subjects being studied, the entire program will heighten a student's confidence and abilities in a modern professional environment.

Courses included are designed to build a solid foundation for future leadership in business and other organizations, and range from analyzing business tactics and finances to mastering computer skills and interpersonal relationships. The program consists of 42 course hours and nine additional hours of supporting requirements (including accounting, gender issues and economics), which when combined with general education requirements - often from previous attempts at a college degree - add up to a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Administration and Leadership.
