Master of Arts in Professional Counseling

Liberty University's Master of Arts in Professional Counseling program provides students with comprehensive training in professional counseling in preparation for licensure and national certification. The curriculum provides a strong foundation of biblical principles to supply the values, knowledge and skills needed to effectively work as a professional counselor. Three one-week, residential intensives are required, as well as a three-credit-hour internship and a three-credit-hour practicum.
