The Lehigh University Project Management Certificate program is designed and developed for individuals with educational or professional experience in a variety of industries and disciplines. Developed in accordance with Project Management Institute guidelines and being taught by PMI certified instructors in order to achieve PMI certification, this program provides a strong basis for: professionals working in industry, government, or education responsible for managing project teams who have recognized the need to add practical strategies and tools to their repertoire in order to enhance performance as a project manager; individuals who anticipate assuming the responsibilities of a project manager as the "next step" in career advancement; students enrolled in a graduate program or with an undergraduate degree who expect to work in a position that requires them to participate in and/or manage project teams; and managers or small business owners who are required to mentor others in effective project management processes and procedures.
