The Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking program includes hands-on teaching of fundamental baking skills and basic culinary skills, as well as the theoretical knowledge that must underlie competency in the field. This progressive, comprehensive training can provide graduates with the fundamentals necessary to pursue a variety of careers as outlined in our educational philosophy. Students who successfully complete the Diploma program (54 credit hours) within the allotted time-frame and attain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 will receive a Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking.
