The Diploma in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie and Baking program includes hands-on teaching of fundamental baking skills and basic culinary skills, as well as the theoretical knowledge that must underlie competency in the field. This progressive, comprehensive training can provide graduates with the fundamentals necessary to pursue a variety of careers as outlined in our educational philosophy.
