Application Requirements:
• JIU Application and $60 US (non-refundable) application fee
• Submit an official transcript that documents an earned master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or its international equivalent)
• Submit a well-written essay
• Submit a professional resumé
• Submit three strong recommendations from professionals who are familiar with his/her  academic and/or field performance
