Associate of Arts in General Studies

The Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies offered by Ivy Bridge is a 60 credit program designed to give you the foundational courses you need to allow you to transfer to the four-year college or university of your choice – no matter what field you ultimately choose. The course offerings were designed to maximize the transferability of academic credits which will be used to meet general education and elective requirements at colleges and universities throughout the country and around the world.

Before you take your first class, you’ll have a Success Coach at your side, available to help guide you, mentor you, offer advice and be your friend. Through this completely online program students will be required to take five courses in both the areas of knowledge skills and the humanities; will be able to choose two courses from the natural sciences; four courses from the social sciences; and three elective courses. The next start date for this program is Fall of 2008.
