Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration Online (MBAO) is a 42-credit hour program designed to meet the worldwide need for knowledgeable, principle-centered leadership of organizations. Intended to prepare managers as both economic and ethical leaders, the MBA program emphasizes the integration and application of knowledge. Students connect with business; the connection deepens and broadens as their programs proceed. New knowledge, skills, and tools quickly form the basis of leadership in business decision-making. To that end, the class structure deals with both the qualitative and quantitative skills required of today's managers. The MBA program emphasizes the acquisition of technical management skills within a peer group or management team context. Each course requires the adoption of an individual and cooperative approach to problem solving. Written problem analysis is required throughout the program, as is the development of presentation skills.
