The program focuses on the preparation of leaders in biblical and theological knowledge, practical application of that knowledge in pastoral settings, and the development of character and integrity in all aspects of life. With the Pastoral Ministry emphasis, the program helps students develop a deeper understanding of pastoral styles and the types of situations that leaders face in today’s culture. The curriculum offers a study of the daily practice of pastoral ministry and the ethical issues that arise in the context of leadership.
