The Master of Science in Human Resource Development program is ideal for training and development professionals, career changers, managers and executives who want to better develop their employees, and anyone involved in assessing and responding to the development needs of employees and their organization. This program is unique in that it includes an experiential component. Students are required to participate in a 20-week, part-time co-op that provides hands-on experience in the field of human resource development. Students work closely with our Steinbright Career Development Center to identify co-op opportunities. Several options are available to accommodate the various needs of working students. |
