The Service Management and Marketing degree emphasizes development of the strategic and practical skills necessary to meet the management challenges of the fast-growing 21st century service sector, including financial services, retailing, health care, governmental and not-for-profit organizations. Students will move from management and marketing fundamentals to advanced coursework focused on managing profitable customer relationships through the delivery of exceptional service.
