CSU's bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management has been structured to equip you with the skills and real world training you need to maximize the efforts and productivity of personnel. Graduates will successfully complete 121 credit hours. Major requirements include an Introduction to Business, Leadership, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Math, Information Systems Management and Financial Management.
A minimum of 4 elective courses must be completed for this concentration. Students may choose from Intercultural Management, Human Relations & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employment Law, Collective Bargaining, International Human Resource Management and Staffing Organizations.
