Master of Science in Management - Organizational Leadership and Change

The CTU Online Master of Science in Management, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Change, is designed for those who wish to broaden and expand on their experience in organizational leadership and change management, either as line managers or change consultants, as well as those making a transition into the profession.

The curriculum is designed to help business leaders seeking to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance decision making, advance leadership skills and develop analysis and research expertise.  In addition to the core requirements, this specialization includes concentration courses focusing on organizational leadership theory, research, strategy, and methodology. These courses include:

• Introduction to Organizational Leadership and Change Management
• Strategic Management
• Foundations of Organizational Design
• Organizational Analysis and Strategies
• Leadership and Organizational Power
