City University's innovative MBA program provides students with knowledge and skills they can apply immediately in today's competitive workplace. The program was designed after surveying employers to determine what they look for when hiring and promoting MBAs to management positions. The focus of the program is to help students become recognized as leaders at all levels of an organization. Students will have the opportunity to develop the orientation, skills, and confidence to think strategically, take the initiative, and achieve desired results by motivating others. The program utilizes a mixture of teaching methods, including self-assessment, simulation, and work with real organizations. Students learn from academically qualified instructors with extensive, practical experience in the subjects they teach.
