The Master of Science in Psychology degree program is a self-paced learning program, which may be completed totally off campus. The MS in Psychology requires students to satisfy the following course requirements: 10 core courses in Psychology, plus a Master's Thesis or 3 additional courses in lieu of a thesis, for a total of 39 semester units. The study programs are not structured in semesters, quarters or terms, allowing students to begin their degree programs at any time during the year. The courses for the degree include: Developmental Psychology, Human Sexuality, Psychopathology, Theories of Marriage and Family, Professional Ethics and the Law, Counseling Systems and Techniques, Assessment Techniques, Physiological Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and the Research Process.
