Herbal Materia Medica IV can be studied as a core requirement for the Master Herbalist program and may be taken as a stand-alone course for supplemental materia medica training. This course studies the major active constituents and the therapeutic actions of the herbs studied. It may also be taken as an elective for the Nat 401 program.
