Liberal Arts Courses
A degree in Liberal Arts offers the foundation to enter a multitude of fields including humanities, languages, sciences, math, and social sciences. This general degree encompasses all fields of studies and is useful if you are not sure what field you want to enter. This field is also known as liberal studies. (cont.)
Most programs are either Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree programs, but if you specialize in a topic like culture, media or leadership, you can pursue a Master's degree.
Most people that get their Bachelor's degree in liberal arts then find a field they want to enter and can pursue more specialized degrees if needed. For high school graduates who want to enter college but are not sure which field they want to enter upon graduation, a liberal arts degree may be the way to go. It offers the broad curriculum that can still be used towards a more specialized major should students switch majors during college.
If you're looking for a broad education, explore what a liberal arts degree can do for you. It may provide the basis for you to obtain a well-rounded education and pursue what you enjoy doing going forward.
