The College of Professional Studies at Quinnipiac University offers an accelerated master of science in organizational leadership designed for adults who are, or aspire to be, in a leadership position.

This graduate degree offers four distinct professional focus areas to enhance the leadership foundation courses and enable students to study specializations within organizational leadership. The MS in organizational leadership program is designed for adults who have undergraduate degrees, at least four years work experience and are looking to prepare themselves for higher leadership roles.
