Your Online Learning Experience at Ohio Christian University

Ohio Christian University understands and supports your commitments to your family and career. OCU’s online programs and courses have been specifically crafted for working adults. These accredited and affordable programs are completed entirely online, with no campus visits or residency requirements. This means you take classes at your convenience!

Want community? Students who start the online degree program at the same time are placed in a cohort group and move through the program together, taking one course at a time. The format of the program is asynchronous, which means you aren’t required to log on at any specific time. During each week you will complete assignments and interact with your classmates and facilitators.

Military Students

To honor the courageous men and women who serve our country, Ohio Christian University's Adult & Online Degree Programs (AIM) program for adult education offers many benefits and services. Military service members and veterans will receive a swift evaluation of military training for college credit. OCU utilizes the Guide to the Evaluation of Educational Experience in the Armed Services, published by the American Council on Education.

Ohio Christian University's AIM program is proud to provide the affordable tuition rate of $250 per credit hour to all military service members, veterans, military spouses, and dependents 23 or under. For active duty and veterans, it is very likely that all tuition and expense can be covered by the GI Bill and/or tuition assistance.

Additionally, OCU accepts all applicable military benefits (e.g. GI Bill, Ohio National Guard Scholarship program, etc.). It is important for you to obtain, complete and submit the appropriate forms for your benefits to be secured. This process can take several weeks, so we encourage you to get started as soon as possible. To begin the process, the student should contact his or her respective educational liaison within the appropriate military organization. Guidance on this process can be provided by our OCU Financial Aid office.

Military students will find the OCU AIM program for adult education to be convenient, relevant, and affordable. We have a broad range of degree offerings from logistics management and healthcare to leadership and ministry. Choose to attend one of our 12 locations in Ohio or online.
