Marist College provides high quality academic programs, learning facilities and support services for adult learners. This emphasis on quality has built an authentic adult learning community, offering a wide array of undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs. Marist also offers coursework and general degree programs in eLearning formats available to students across the globe. Nearly 2,000 students are currently enrolled in more than 35 graduate and undergraduate degree programs offered online an on-campus.

Through the use of cutting-edge instructional technology, the online delivery option enables students to interact extensively with both their instructors and classmates. Each student is assigned a login and a password that allows them to access the course content, the professor, and their classmates. Communication is ongoing via e-mail, bulletin boards, group conference rooms or private chat rooms. The program is organized in such a way as to enable students to work with each other on group projects just as they would in a traditional classroom. Interestingly, some students have reported more interaction with the professor and student peers in on-line classes than in the classroom.
