The School of Culinary Arts offers the following programs:
- Baking and Pastry (Certificate) If you seek a new career—or just to enhance the one you already have—Kendall's certificate programs may be ideal for you. You'll experience the real world of professional baking, cooking, and catering.
- Culinary Arts (Certificate) Get exposure and experience in the realm of professional cooking and working as a personal chef. Taking place in the evenings, Kendall's Certificate classes are tailored for working people, with programs starting as many as 4 times each year. Complete a Culinary Certificate program in 1 year or less.
- Accelerated Culinary Arts (Associate's) Get on the fast track to a degree in the Culinary Arts. If you already have a Bachelor degree, the AAS Accelerated Culinary Arts program is a unique offering that will get you on the road to a new career.
- Baking and Pastry (Associate's) By offering a complete study of baking and pastry, the two-year Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts will get you comprehensively involved at Kendall's state-of-the-art bakeshop facilities in Chicago.
- Culinary Arts (Bachelor's) The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall is nationally acclaimed. Through a sustained commitment to excellence at the teaching level, Kendall has been helping students develop into extraordinary culinary professionals since 1985.
Kendall College's Les Roches School of Hospitality offers the following program and concentrations:
- Hospitality Management (Bachelor's) Featuring a curriculum that combines culinary art, concept development, service, and creativity, with the core dynamics of management (marketing, HR, operations, information technology, and financial management), this world-regarded program has 3 available concentrations:
- Hotel Management
- Food and Beverage Management
- Convention and Meeting Management
