HPU offers the Master of Arts in Organizational Change and the Master of Business Administration programs completely online. These online programs replicate our "traditional" classroom-based degree programs. Online courses at HPU are as rigorous as their in-class counterparts and are not structured correspondence courses. HPU's academic year consists of the major terms of fall and spring semester, two accelerated sessions (fall and spring), and four summer sessions providing a student with the opportunity to take courses year round.

Instructors use a variety of web-based tools such as discussion forums, e-mail, real-time chat, multimedia presentations and online assessment tools to facilitate student learning as well as student-to-instructor and student-to-student(s) interaction.
