EduFire launches new business classes

EduFire is a low-cost way to reach educational goals
Although the average cost of an online education is lower than that of a traditional one, some would-be students are still incapable of funding their educational goals. They may have a new hope in EduFire, a site that takes a different approach to paying for college.
Called an "eBay for teachers" by USA Today, EduFire dispenses with the traditional model of paying for classes by the unit or a flat tuition fee per semester. Instead, students can pay small fees to take whichever online classes they choose, or pay a monthly $30 fee to access all of EduFire's classes.
Teachers benefit from the arrangement as well, pocketing 85 percent of the revenues generated by the fees.
Recently, EduFire announced that it has added an entire curriculum of business education to its list of course offerings. The new classes are grouped under the site's Business Channel, and discuss such topics as choosing a business model, recruiting a team, and courting investors.
While the classes offered by EduFire do not count toward earning a degree, they provide much-needed skills at an affordable price.
