Online MBA programs may lead to careers at top companies such as Nestle USA

Obtaining an online degree may help business students land jobs at companies such as Nestle USA, which has just been named on BusinessWeek's Best Places to Launch a Career List.

The food company, which has also been featured in Fortune magazine for twelve years in a row, earned the 25th spot on BusinessWeek's annual list of the best organizations for recent college graduates to enter the professional world.

According to the ranking, Nestle USA's score increased by 20 points over the past year.

Judy Cascapera, senior vice president of human resources at Nestle USA, attributes the recognition to the company's "developmental programs [for] recent undergrads that accelerate leadership opportunities" and give them "real positions with increasing levels of responsibility" as they train.

The company currently offers developmental programs in departments such as operations, sales, logistics, finance, procurement and product applications. A brand management summer internship program is also available for MBA candidates.

Online courses in business may help young professionals advance their careers at top-rated companies without compromising their work schedules.
