Online degree holders may have better relationships with their managers
Business professionals who learn boardroom best practices by pursuing online MBAdegrees may be able to develop stronger relationships with their bosses, which is an important factor in a person's job security.
In fact, nearly 90 percent of employees believe that a positive relationship with their superiors is just as or more important than job satisfaction, according to Adecco's new American Workplace Insights survey.
Adecco, a human resources solutions provider, found that the majority of respondents would not change anything about the dynamic between themselves and their bosses, but 61 percent said that they would not take their superior's position if it was offered to them due to the challenges posed by the economic and business climates.
Bernadette Kenny, the company's chief career officer, suggested that most workplaces are "more challenging than ever before and constantly changing" and "require impactful managers who lead by example and create the best possible environment for their staff."
Online courses may help those in managerial positions develop new methods for dealing with economic and business challenges while staying connected to their employees.
