Recent research from OneWire.com suggests that individuals currently applying for positions in the financial sector believe they will be employed in the next six months.

Approximately 68 percent of survey participants said they anticipate they will find a job in this timeframe, despite the fact that 79 percent of respondents said searching for employment has taken them longer than they expected.

A majority of individuals surveyed also expect high compensation packages, as 58 percent said they believe they will earn more in a future position than they did in their most recent job.

Although finance companies have not fully recovered from economic downturn, "there are absolutely jobs available for qualified seekers who can stand out from the crowd and show hiring firms that they have what it takes to help keep their business strong and moving forward."
