MBA degrees can lead to more than a business career

Business coaching is becoming a popular profession, and Bob Hoesly, a regional developer of two business coaching brands, has announced he will award franchises to individuals who demonstrate a passion for helping aspiring and established entrepreneurs.

"Despite the recession, the franchise business coaching industry is experiencing explosive growth and is breaking revenue records every day," says Hoesly, adding, "as a franchise business investment, business coaching has become a highly-sought after service and a lucrative career."

His company cites figures from the International Coaching Federation which suggest the sector is a multibillion dollar market and growing at an annual rate of 40 percent.

A successful business career is crucial for those individuals who would like to get involved in business coaching, and an MBA degree can open doors to a variety of corporate positions that can help obtain valuable experience.

According to PayScale.com, a research company, average salaries for holders of MBA degrees ranged from $73,510 to $171,583 in 2008, depending on the field, position and years of experience.
