In an effort to help business professionals make their companies more successful, many campus-based and online schools are making changes to their MBA programs.

For instance, Case Western Reserve recently announced that the executive MBA (EMBA) program offered through iThe National Federation of the Blind recently announced the winners of its annual Dr Jacob Bolotin Awards, which allocated cash prizes to six supporters of the blind community. ts Weatherhead School of Management will now offer a leadership-focused curriculum, BusinessWeek reports.

Classes will address a variety of management-related topics, including general leadership tactics, management in certain sociopolitical climates, business communication and fostering change within an organizations. While the majority of the curriculum can be completed through online courses, degree seekers will be required to attend occasional 10-day immersions and three-day workshops on the school’s campus.

In addition, enrollees will have the opportunity to participate in an international learning experience and gain the advice of personal executive coaches, who will be assigned to each student.

School officials told the news source that this course of study is intended for individuals who have at least 10 years of experience.

Businessmen and women who complete similar programs have the potential to earn between $50,000 and $200,000 per year depending on their industry, according to PayScale.com, a research company.
