Chamberlain College of Nursing opens state-of-the-art new facility

DeVry's University's Chamberlain College of Nursing, an accredited provider of on-campus and online degree programs in the healthcare field, officially opened its new St. Louis facility on April 14 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and dedication.

The 55,000 square foot campus - which is closer to many of Chamberlain's clinical partners - is equipped with innovative computer, testing and nursing skills labs as well as a high fidelity simulation facility designed for advanced students.

"The need for higher education across our state and in St. Louis is great, particularly in the in-demand healthcare industry and the growing fields of technology and business," said Molly Bunton, special assistant to the County Executive.

"I applaud [efforts to expand] access to quality education resources in our region at a time when it's needed most," she added.

Students who do not have the time to attend on-campus classes may also enroll in the college's fast-track RN to BSN online degree completion program, which enables professional nurses to earn their bachelors degree in a few as three semesters.
